Jiashan Creative

Led by Alan Lin, Jiashan Creative is a small, flexible creative media and localization team serving creators, studios, and businesses with video editing, subtitle production, translation and transcription, dubbing script preparation, voiceover coordination, audio cleanup, and multilingual video localization support.

Before entering the creative and localization industry, Alan spent around seven years in backend development, working primarily with .NET / C# while also gaining experience with C, Java, and databases. His work included financial systems related to the Agricultural Bank of China and the development and maintenance of Yonyou U9 enterprise management software and finance modules.

His enterprise software background shaped a working style that values process, detail, collaboration, and delivery quality. Today, the same technical mindset informs asset management, subtitle and translation workflows, version control, quality checks, and multi-person collaboration.

Since 2019, Alan has focused on international freelance creative projects and has built more than six years of experience working with overseas clients on Fiverr. These projects span video editing, subtitles, translation, localization, voiceover, audio processing, and image retouching.

Through years of hands-on video production, Alan has become proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and can use After Effects for motion graphics, subtitle animation, and foundational visual effects. Working across different types of projects has also given him a deeper, more systematic understanding of visual language, narrative pacing, and audiovisual expression.

Alan also has six years of experience as a TED volunteer translator, contributing to educational content where accuracy, contextual understanding, and consistent terminology are essential. This work further strengthened his experience in language quality control and long-form content.

As generative AI and the open-source model ecosystem have evolved, Alan has continued researching speech recognition and local model deployment. He works with Python, Anaconda, Whisper, Ollama, and Docker, can independently set up and configure open-source model environments, and applies these capabilities to improve audiovisual transcription, subtitle production, and localization workflows.

Today, Jiashan Creative combines technical thinking, language expertise, AI tools, and creative production. Through a small collaborative team, we provide flexible, attentive, and reliable support for multilingual projects.
